They flavor is perfectly citrus with a hint of sweetness. I purchased this with other immune boosters after being diagnosed with covid. I believe it helped me recover faster...along with the other immune boosters.
 
This is probably the best-tasting prebiotic/probiotic I've ever had. For me, the flavor evokes memories of a Creamsicle ice cream bar or an Orange Julius beverage.
As far as its effectiveness is concerned, I think this stick is a good choice for promoting gut health. According to some third party research I've found online, there's some evidence that the particular bacterial strain it features (Bacillus subtilis) can boost immunity. In a COVID-19 world, a potential boost to your immunity is worth a shot. Personally, I think it helps reduce stomach bloating, too.

Tasty, portable and as far as one can tell with a probiotic, it works well. It tastes kind of like children's orange aspirin, is easy to swallow and is convenient for me to keep at my desk at work.
 
Great tasting. So far it is working for me. I’m not feeling bloated as I normally do. I also feel that this is helping me from getting sick. The extra immune protection is worth it. I love that you don’t have to mix it with anything. You just put it on your tongue and it melts and you are done. Great product.
 
These things taste amazing! They strike a good balance between sweet and tart, and the powder dissolves quickly on the tongue. Not having to be mixed into a beverage makes them super convenient to take, and the little stick makes them easy to take in a lunch bag or purse. I had both of my supplement-hating sons try them, and one of them said that he would consider taking it because it tasted like his favourite candy (you know the one ... it's a powder that comes in a paper straw). That's a huge endorsement from this particular kid!
