Notifying any damages incurred in transit must be advised within 24 hours of receiving the order.
To report a damaged item, please email the details of the damage and an image to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please ensure the items are returned in their original packaging and secured appropriately. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Return of exchange items must occur within five business days of receiving them.

Returns sent without creating a return request will not be processed. Returns sent to a different mailing address will be returned to the sender.
